Proto-Col Pure Collagen capsules contain Type I and Type III collagen, a natural product made up of 18 amino acids. 

Our Pure Collagen (400mg) (90 capsules) are very similar to our Pure Collagen 625mg (120 capsules) However, they have a collagen lower dose per capsule. They provide an important base level dose of collagen at an exceptional price.

Direction of Use:

Take three capsules daily. Daily serving contains 1200mg collagen hydrolysate.
